Upgrade to Windows 8 Pro for $39.99

More good news coming from Microsoft, as Brandon LeBlanc, recently announced on the windows team blog that users who have purchased a licensed copy of Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7, will be given the opportunity to upgrade to a Windows 8 Pro version with a fee of $39.99. The offer will be valid once the new operating system is released and will expire on January 31, 2013.

If you aren’t the type who likes downloading operating systems through Microsoft’s home page, but prefers a more traditional way such as visiting a store and purchasing a Windows 8 DVD it will be available at a cost of $70.

Consider the possibility of downloading the new windows version, as Microsoft, will allow you to download the file and manage all the upgrades for Windows 8. The Windows Upgrade Assistant will guide you step by step through the installations process, It will check your machine if it fulfills the requirements for accepting the new OS and then you can configure the operation system as you want.
